Holiday processing time: approx. 1-3 weeks for orders placed after Nov. 10th.
**In the event of a Canada Post strike this November:
Packages will be shipped as soon as the strike is over. Local pick-up is available in Rosetown. I will arrange locations to meet in Saskatoon. Alternate shipping can be provided by request & at the customer’s expense (minus any shipping costs already incurred) for any unfulfilled orders. Please reach out if you would like a quote for alternate shipping by courier. US orders will ship as usual.
Please note that if an order is fulfilled on the weekend, it will not leave the post office until Monday. Orders cannot be shipped on holidays, so they will be shipped the following business day.

Tracked Airmail - $25 CAD for most international destinations. If we discover after purchase that the cost is substantially more, your order will be sent as untracked airmail instead & the additional cost will be refunded.
Delivery Times (Estimate)
Canada: 1-3 weeks with untracked shipping. 3-9 days with standard shipping. 1-2 days with express shipping.
United States: 2-3 weeks with untracked shipping. 1-2 weeks with standard shipping. 5-7 days with express shipping.
International: Minimum 10 days - up to 4 weeks with untracked shipping (varies depending on location). 5-9 business days with tracked shipping.
During the holiday season orders may take longer to arrive as postal services become overwhelmed. Please account for this when purchasing your items.
Lost Packages
Canada Post only insures tracked packages & will only compensate lost or damaged packages if they are tracked. While we sincerely hope this never happens, we are not responsible for items that have been lost or damaged in the mail.
It is not feasible for a small handmade business to replace or reimburse the customer for lost items unless the package is tracked and therefore insured (Canada Post reimburses up to $100). Additional liability coverage can be purchased by request. Choosing untracked shipping is a risk that you are taking, and as such, we are not responsible for replacing items if you choose the untracked shipping option.
Return & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer returns or cancellations on any products purchased. However, if you realize you purchased the wrong size, let us know as soon as possible and we will add the correct size to your order so long as it is still available.
Price matches are not offered if a sale happens to occur after you have made a purchase. Please understand that as a small business, this would be difficult to do.
Key Fob Wristlets - 90 Day Warranty
If the hardware on your wristlet is faulty and breaks, please let us know within 90 days of purchase and we will send you a new key fob wristlet free of charge. If the original pattern you selected is no longer available, you can choose a new pattern. We would also be happy to fix your current wristlet by replacing the hardware— this would require you to mail us the wristlet.
